Kevin Michael Richardson (born October 25, 1964) is an American voice actor and musician. He voices Groot on Guardians of the Galaxy.[1]He is best known as Cleveland Jr. in Family Guy and The Cleveland Show, Shredder in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012 Reboot and Willem Viceroy in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja.
