James Arnold Taylor (born July 22, 1969) is an American voice actor and musician. He voices Yondu Udonta and Cosmo the Spacedog on Guardians of the Galaxy.[1]He is best known as Young Obi Wan Kenobi in Star Wars: Clone Wars, The titular character in "Johnny Test", and Ratchet in "Ratchet and Clank".
